Jobs and development

The World Development Report is the World Bank’s flagship annual publication, and this year’s theme is expressed in the simple one-word title: Jobs. This document is our initial rough and ready first response to the report, which was published on 1st October 2012. It is based on its overview chapter only. (2012)
