Buurtzorg Britain & Ireland is offering a unique entrepreneurial opportunity for a CQC Registered Care Manager to help us establish and develop a new agency from the ground up in Cambridgeshire.

The Role:
Pioneering Change in Social Care, Building Strong Community Relationships, and Embracing Buurtzorg Practices
As the CQC Registered Manager for Buurtzorg Care CIC in Cambridgeshire, you’ll be an integral member of our leadership team with autonomy and support to:
- Receive training in Buurtzorg practices, adapting your existing knowledge to this innovative way of working
- Develop the strategy for fostering creative working relationships within the community that are fundamental to our success
- Co-design innovative and integrated technology support systems that will empower clients, self-managing teams, and the wider community
- Establish and manage the financial aspects of our innovative home care service
- Recruit, train, and develop self-managing teams that deliver exceptional care and support
- Collaborate with the Buurtzorg coach to mentor teams in providing outstanding person-centered care
- Ensure we comply with regulations while delivering high-quality, outcome-focused care
The Ideal Candidate:
A Passionate Innovator and Collaborator
We’re looking for someone with:
- Prior experience as a CQC Registered Manager
- QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (required)
- Cambridgeshire residency
- A people-centric mindset focused on exceptional customer care
- Creativity, entrepreneurship, and a drive for continuous improvement
- Empathy and a caring nature
- A belief in the power of community and a commitment to strengthen local assets
- High standards of responsibility and integrity
